Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Calfora. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5–14 working days from dispatch. Most orders arrive well within this window, but delivery time can vary slightly depending on the carrier, your location, and seasonal volume.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed clearly on the product page and at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package from dispatch to your door. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active after you receive it.

Where We Ship

We ship to Slovenia and across the European Union. All applicable taxes (VAT) are included in the price you see at checkout — there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Delays

While we work hard to keep every order on schedule, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or peak holiday periods. We appreciate your patience and will help track down any package that takes longer than expected.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate immediately. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once a package has shipped, we can't reroute it.

Damaged on Arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and the product before opening anything further, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
